Expired in only 14 days. I’m not sure if that’s an HP issue or it sounds like a Best Buy issue also. The printer is absolutely worthless. We got rid of our old printer because it was eight years old and would have errors about 25% of the time. Ever since we got this one we have had an error 100% of the time when we tried to print. Even if we do actually get a print out after fixing 5 paper jams, it doesn’t even print legibly. This is the worst printer we have ever owned and have to just throw it in the trash after owning it for only a few weeks. Only buy this if you are willing to put up with a lot of frustration.
