In fact I think this is the only negative review I have ever made. I bought a Ring Video Doorbell last year in December along with a Video spotlight. The product's themselves I would give 4-5 stars but the battery leaves alot to be desired. After about 6 months the battery started needing to be charged more and more frequently. As of now (not a year old yet) it dies in 4 days. I have turned off notifications and narrowed the motion zones to less than 5 feet. What gets me is I have emailed Ring 3 times with my concerns and after 3 weeks of no reply I have given up. Now the million dollar question....Should I wast my money on another battery?
