An extra battery allows you to never have to be without video. Mine last over tw0 months before needing a charge. The Ring unit uses one battery until it gets low and then switched to the other battery. This gives you plenty of time to charge the battery that is low while still having full power and never losing video.

This is an easily swappable battery for your Ring Battery camera. Well made, it fits into the second slot in your Ring camera and doubles useful life without the ​need for recharging soon. Its a pretty neat product and I bought 2 of them. I have both batteries in the camera and a third one charged ready to swap.

I am writing this review little late after buying this battery. I bought this on Jin 2019 and writing this review on April 2020, as I wanted to know whether the battery performance drops over the time period after months of usage. What I am seeing is the performance is almost the same as the new one and working great with my Ring wireless outdoor camera. Very convenient.

I purchased a second battery as a backup to our Ring doorbell since we have it set up wirelessly. When battery and the Ring doorbell is low I simply replace it with this backup battery that has already been charged. Very helpful as I can have a backup battery that's fully charged instead of waiting to recharge a single battery and be without the functionality of the Ring doorbell.

Easy install. Fast charge and good battery life. Works as expected. Maybe little pricy.

Got this battery as a backup. The battery that came with the ring 2 is only down to 70 percent after 3 weeks. Battery lasts a long time! Since it takes about 4 or 5 hours to charge back up I got another battery so I can just change them out and keep one ready at all times. I'm sure the battery will last at least 2 months, probably 3 months. Battery lasts a long time! Good purchase!

I bought this to have as a back up for my Ring products. It is nice to have one or two extra batteries charged and ready. I have three Ring battery powered devices so I bought 2 extra batteries to have when needed.

You can never have too many ring batteries, only one comes with the camera, so I bought a second one for added peace of mind, with a second battery, the camera last much longer because of the two battery system, it works off one at a time, so when one runs out you still have another to keep the system up, this way you can charge one at a time.

Having extra ring camera batteries on hand is basically a must if you don’t have the solar panel to recharge your batteries.
