Extra battery is charged and always available to keep my camera running continuously.So far with warmer weather the battery has lasted for 30 days with 47% left and every feature enabled.

At least they have an extra battery on hand for when one of them dies.

I have had my Ring Video Doorbell 3 Plus for less than 3 weeks and I have less than 50% charge remaining. The novelty of the system with two Chime Pros has probably caused me and mostly grandchildren to use system more than usual, and I am sure that once I become more familiar with the system, I can modify settings (including motion settings) to greatly extend battery life. I expect in the future to get 3 to 4 months on a charge which is acceptable to me. I purchased two batteries with the system, which I recommend, to avoid downtime when charging the battery which takes several hours (overnight probably the best).

Convenient to have as a back up so you have the one that came with the ring spotlight camera and this extra one to have so you dont have to worry about charging as often.

Bought an extra battery that works great just like the one that came with the ring doorbell. The extra battery on hand is the best way to go after I wasted time and money with the so-called solar chargers advertised for the ring doorbell they are 100% worthless speaking from experience.

Bought two (2) of these Ring rechargeable batteries to add to the existing batteries already in my two (2) Ring Stick Up Cams with supplemental solar panels. Initial charging took several hours but have functioned perfectly in the Ring Cams since installed. Solar panels have had no issues keeping them charged . Highly recommended.

The Ring Rechargeable Battery is very reliable and easy to insert.

This has been the simplest purchase in a while. My doorbell didn't have wires to power it so an extra battery was a no brainer. It does take a long time to charge, but if you leave it over night it will be done by the morning. It takes all of 3 mins to swap batteries and give me a good month or more of recording. I live on a pretty busy street so that's not to bad in my book.

We purchased the Ring cams for outdoors that have a floodlight built in. They are battery operated, come with one battery but accept two batteries for each light. We purchased this extra battery so the cam would not be down while we were charging a battery. The battery does take awhile to charge but lasts a little more than a month based on our usage.

Highly recommend purchasing a second battery for the ring spotlight camera. It’s nice to not have to recharge very often. These batteries last a long time on a single charge and mine has a lot of activity.

I love my ring. It stays charged for weeks, and the camera also works great.
