I appreciate that Ring created a doorbell/security camera that can run on a battery so we’re not reliant on old or non-existent wiring. This battery is a backup that will stay charged so I can easily swap out the current battery and soon as it gets low and avoid any downtime.

I have found that there is a difference in quality and longevity between these official Ring batteries and the less expensive ones that are out there. These outwardly appear better made and seem to hold their charge longer.

Own camera, and door bell, and use the rechareable batteries for all. Long lasting, as only need to charge, or replace with spares each 3 or 4 months with camera on at all times. Keep a couple of spare batteries, and changing is done within a minute. Great product.

Never had an issue. And it's great to have a backup battery once your other one dies. All you do is just switch them out. Happy with the battery, despite all the advanced settings I have on...it stays charged up for about a month.

Glad I have it. It is nice to have this backup battery so it is charged and ready to go when the other has died.

Great having a second battery on hand for my ring camera. Once I’m told the working battery is low all I have to do is swap them and then recharge the low battery for my backup.

This works as it should. Would definitely recommend getting an extra battery for each video doorbell you have so you don't have any down time.

Great backup battery. These batteries are a must have for you Ring Stick Up Cams as they provide immediate backup power for your cams as you charge the ones that are low on battery. Highly recommended!

Batteries are a perfect fit for my ring cameras. And they hold a charge for a very long time (had them in for a month, barely used any) (You need to ensure the cameras are set up for battery not wired or they drain in a day)

Great extra battery and it last for many days in a normal use. it has been a month and it is still good to use.

These work great. I have 4 external and 5 internal cameras I use these in and I'm very satisfied with their performance.

Getting an extra battery was a no brainier,we already started using it because it cuts out the down time of our camera allowing us to easily pop in our extra battery and put the other on charge. We found that getting a second battery is what is needed for a security system.

I bought these extra batteries and a solar panel to charge my wireless camera at all time. After a whole day of charging with the solar panel I never fall below 97 percent. Great idea to have two batteries installed

There is room for two batteries in the camera. Wise to get two. One lasts about 30 days, but with inclement weather, you can give yourself some extra time before the camera power runs out. On the other hand, you can recharge one as necessary and keep your camera in constant use.

Overall solid replacement, needed a new battery to put into our camera and it's been working really well.

I got this extra Ring Doorbell battery to save time. I still have a 1st generation Ring Doorbell and when the battery would go down I would have to take the Ring off the wall to charge it. With the Ring Doorbell 2 it takes 2 minutes to switch batteries. Having a removable battery was brilliant.

It is highly recommended based on the settings of my preferences, dont wants to have a dead doorbell camera and miss out on important views

I recommend any with the battwry powered Ring camera to have a backup battery. I do not have any interruption in service with a spare battery
