One for charging and the other one for your peephole camera so you never miss footage . It’s worth it trust me.

I guess that one it’s used more frequently.

Instead of having to wait until the battery charges so you can replace it, you just put the already charged backup battery in. Then charge the low battery for the next go.

We bought another battery so that we can just swap them out and always leave live view on in case motion isn’t detected or the camera is on a “cool down”

Needed for the doorbell

The battery life is quite long but when it comes time for a recharge it is just easier to put the replacement battery. It is nice to have a replacement battery as backup.

These are great - it takes a little time to charge but its good to be able to rotate the batteries. Love the convenience and the life of the battery.

With both batteries charged up to 100% I am sure the camera could operate for months with minimal recharge from the solar panel.
