We purchased the Rechargeable Lithium-ion Battery for our front door Ring device to use to swap with the battery that was included with the Ring. It keeps a charge even better than the original battery. Would purchase again.

Thought I would need this extra battery, but the battery that came with the camera lasts a long time when only recording when activated by motion. Still not a bad idea to have a spare battery for each camera.

Battery last pretty long. Not the longest battery in the world but does the job. Last about 30 to 45 days.

I needed an extra battery cus there was no sunlight coming into the area so i couldn’t get the solar charger. I charge and and works for 3 week before I put in the other one. I get a lot of motions in my area.

Battery lasts a long time and is a must have if you are going battery powered on the front door as they take a long time to charge and you don't want to be ring doorbell-less once you have gotten used to them

Bought additional battery for my solar wireless spotlight cam so I have adequate power for the lights. Never have to worry about my lights going on with the traffic going down my driveway. Picture quality is excellent.

I purchased a Ring Doorbell 2 for my grand daughter. I also purchased an extra battery for back-up so she will always have a fresh battery for her Ring unit. So far she has not had to use the back-up battery, but she will have it if needed.

Can’t do the solar based on rental restrictions so this is perfect. Track battery percentage of current in use and charge up a day or two before needed then just swap out so you don’t miss anything that may be critical to your family safety

They are a great source of energy and last a long time time before draining out fully. They are not expensive and are worth the investment. I bought a spare battery for each one of my cameras.

Buying an extra battery helped pro long the battery life on the unit

This is not just for the doorbell - I have the non-wired version of the cameras and you need this because the cameras do drain the battery. The camera has two slots for batteries so you can buy these as a backup when the primary battery is discharged.

We've only had to charge the batteries once since we've purchased and that was a month ago! We are constantly viewing our cameras throughout the day, which runs down the battery more, and it's still lasting a month befor ewe have to recharge!

Best investment ever. Battery is always charged, interruption free. No more interrupting security system to charge battery every few days and worrying about being safe while battery is charging.
