The chime is just what we needed since not everyone has the Ring app on their phone. What I particularly love is the fact that the chime also acts as a wifi extender which has helped greatly with the connectivity to the Doorbell

With my latest RING, I don’t have to recharge as often. The first one I had to charge about every 5 days. This version included an upgraded Chime, which I love. Thank you BEST BUY.

The battery life and 1080p video camera display is a great improvement. Great custom settings options. Set-up to activate was not a problem. Highly recommend over my Ring 2.

I have been using it for months now and it lets me know who’s at the door and when my packages are delivered. It gives me an extra sense of security. Easy to install and amazing battery life.

I haven't had any issues. Battery last a long time for me. Only thing is choppy sound when you are in live view for me.

My daughter just love it. Best Buy have the better price also I want to say they have good customer service always with a smile on their face.

It’s so convenient to be able to look at it through your phone. It’s extremely easy to install and comes with everything you need except a drill. It’s worth the price! I’m able to use it with your Echo too!

We did have to install a bracket to change the angle of the camera so we could see what we needed to see. That had to be purchased separately. But we found it on Amazon and it works great now.

No complaints at all. Love it

Now we don't have to open the door for the strangers and you can find out with the motion sensor if you are not at home.

Purchased for brother and wife as anniversary gift. He works late and was concerned for her getting home in the darkness. He can monitor her safety and know she's in safe.

Within a few weeks it has died on us and now I have to either replace it or buy the solar unit and attach it.
