It sounds like the device is not performing as expected. Ring Spotlight Cam Plus is an outdoor security camera designed to provide you with the ability to customize your camera's zone coverage, motion settings and light settings in the Ring app. The Ring Spotlight Cam Plus has two 3000° Kelvin lights with an output of 2000 lumens and an in-app brightness adjustment slider. To adjust the brightness of your lights, please follow these steps in the Ring app: Open the Ring app. Tap the menu (☰). Tap Devices. Select the camera that you want to adjust. Select Device Settings. Select Light Settings. Select Light Brightness and adjust the slider to make the lights brighter or dimmer.

Second Ring with Good Video

The first Ring was a push button where it was quick to climb the ladder, push the button, the bottom would open and the battery replaced. In the winter months I will see how quick and easy it is if there's snow and ice accumulation on the Ring.

It was great to be able to see what they were doing and answer questions from work. Batteries last a long time (less in the cold). I have 2 batteries in each. charge them about once a month, but I could go longer.

I do like that it has the ability to use 2 batteries, and I did get the 2nd one. If you have Ring, I do recommend getting this.

My neighborhood has been experiencing a rash of “porch pirate” thefts recently and I wanted surveillance protection around my house. I have packages delivered almost daily and so far no problems. An added bonus is now I have a camera brightly illuminate my driveway and front door when I come home at night. Easy installation and great, solid quality. Get some.

I have ring cameras and needed another so I purchased this one. It doesn't disappoint. I love the fact that it can hold two batteries so the battery time lasts longer. It's going to really help in the winter as the battery time is less during the winter.
