Battery lasts about 4-5 months before recharge is needed. Recharges overnight. Motion sensor can be overly sensitive or faulty. I get a lot of "false positives" where I turn on the camera as soon as I get a notification and there's nothing there. The spotlight is very bright and works well. Camera clarity is good. There are several times where I try to log in to a camera away form home and it's really slow to connect. I feel like you need to be in an area to have really good signal for me to connect without too much delay. Overall, no regrets.
