Very easy process to get up and running. My only real complaint is the door that opens for the battery is very flimsy and cheap. This wouldn't be a big deal but I know I will be opening this on a ladder for future charges.

Easy set up, connects right to the ring app, great day picture, night vision is clear and the light is extremely bright. Perfect for the back entry

I have two of these that work well so I bought more. I suggest adding solar panels for them to be more maintenance free. Arlo cameras on the contrary are bad quality, false advertising for what they claim vs. what they do, and their customer service is among the worst on the planet! I made the mistake of trying Arlo too. Do yourself a favor and tell your friends to never buy Arlo and stick with high quality Ring products.

Love this camera! Spotlight bright! Easy to install and covers a wide area. Wish the battery lasted longer but everything else is excellent.

Great for our storage building. The light is very convenient and was perfect for the back of our property where no lights are installed. Super easy installation. Easy to charge cameras, only requiring a charge once every couple of months. Granted there is hardly any motion in that area except for an occasional deer or rabbit. Lol. The video quality is very good. Installation was a snap. A $30 subscription is required for cloud storage for one camera per year.

Great video and an addition to our house security system. Batteries last well enough but I will recommend adding the solar panels.

Works as expected. easy to use and BestBuy set it up for me so no problems installinhg. They just put them where I asked them to.

After my ARLO 1 gen died, and tried the 3rd gen and got no support via e-mail and phone. I decided to take a chance with Ring. I am happy with how long the battery will last with the activity around the house. It is constantly recording, and the battery will last about 2-3 weeks, but that is with two of the battery installed. Thinking of upgrading to the solar but for now, this is a great camera. I ended up buy 3 more to put around the house

Great cam and easy to setup. It has worked flawlessly for us for over a year.

I have purchased a few of these security cameras over the years. I do have issues with them (slow repsonse, no one at the front door by the time I can finally view it, etc.) but it may be related more to poor wifi reception than with the performance of the camera. Sometimes I think about trying another system but I have enough $$$ invested in Ring I just stay with it. These were on sale for the cheapest I have seen them in 5 years so purchased a backup (or perhaps another feed) if my wifi will reach where I want to mount it.

We are now up to 5 of these around our house. Love these and the Ring app. I wouldn't buy a different brand!

I bought the ring system because I wanted modern wireless security. PROs: incredibly easy to install and set up. Just download the app on your smartphone scan bar codes and place cameras, door bell, sensors, and key pads. Which are all user friendly. Get instant alerts on your phone when any sensor or the cameras are tripped and talk through your phone through the camera immediately which is another nice feature. CONS you will need solar panels and or get the optional second battery for the cameras. They loose charge quicker than expected. When setting the distance to trigger the cameras it is not an exact science and rain, and other unintended movements cause camera alerts. Should have a setting for only human size targets to set off alert and camera. The lenses also fog up and are subject to glare due to sunlight. Was also disappointed that even though I spent about $1400.00 and will have to spend about another $500 on another components, another wi fi extender, solar panels and the extra battery for cameras, carbon monoxide and smoke detector, that they don’t throw in a yard sign (it’s around $50) I also only received 4 window stickers (also sold separately) so ring is missing the free advertising opportunity by not giving these items for free because I will buy generic video surveillance yard signs on Amazon about $10 each since customer service won’t reply to my emails.

Love the Ring cameras. I have four of them around the exterior of my house and it’s so easy to install and use with their app.

Pretty good. I don’t understand why after light goes on and you’re still standing in front of it at night it goes off. The video does continue.
