So far I have installed 5-6 cameras at very places for myself and family members. The first installation is easy with the detailed videos and instructions. By the time I installed the 5 camera, it was so quick and easy that I synced it to the other cameras and the ring app, that I was done and operational in 15 minutes. Great product and easy to use and install.

good video quality and really easy to install, a little price

The spotlight cam is very easily installed. If you have a lot of activity, I would highly suggest adding the solar panel to avoid constant charging. The video picture is crisp and clear. We had an issue with one camera not connecting after less than a year. Customer service attempted to trouble shoot, and they were unable to resolve the issue. The spotlight cam was still under the warranty and a new spotlight cam is being sent by Ring. Great customer service.

We purchased this for our home and it was probably the best investment. Especially during these times where many packages are being delivered it is imperative that we had this installed close to our front door. We also purchased the program that comes with the Ring App to view video from the Ring. I highly recommend this product to those who would like extra protection while not at home to view activity at their front doors.

Everything about this camera is simple. It was simple to install, simple to connect, simple to use, and simple to change batteries when the time came. By the way, batteries last a long time, and im only using one battery, but I will be buying another battery so I can have 2 batteries in the camera for even longer battery life. On top of all that it has a great image and great motion sensor.

I would never use anything else. The product is incredible. Picture quality amazing. Ting service is the best. The solar spot cam works to keep my one battery charged at 100%. I have about 8 around my house and land and they are the best. I purchased two each for my kids and their home. Easy to install. Easy to set up. Picture quality amazing. They live them too. We have had the Ring doorbell for some time now and it works so great that we decided to add to it with the Spotlight Camera. The quality is great and it was easy to set-up and add to our current system. The app is very easy to use and sends notifications when it detects movement. With having kids, I love having the cameras to see what is going on around our house when we are home or away.

I recently purchased this camera but I will be returning it shortly. Originally I intended to have this camera under my deck to watch a side door. After installing the camera, it did not capture any motion near the intended area. The camera was not recording motion, sometimes even to the point where I could walk directly in front of the camera for it to activate. I moved the camera to watch the drive port and it works fine. I also have some Ring Stickup cams and they seem to have a sharper and more vibrant image. This camera has a washed out look. Another issue I had was positioning the camera. I had it on the side of my deck looking down to the car port, but I couldn't quite angle it in the way I wanted to due to the bottom sensor being in the way. Overall, it's an ok camera but for the price I would suggest going with the stickup cam instead, which is half the price, if you don't need the spotlight. TLDR: It's an ok camera but it's a little pricey when it does not appear to offer more than the stickup cam which is half the price. If you don't need the spotlight feature, I'd recommend getting the other camera instead.
