Having the spotlight and cam in one is definitely a benefit. The light lights up a good portion of the yard and is brighter than it looks like it'll be. The camera regularly detects and records motion. Does it's job, would recommend.

Great light. We are using two versions. Both wired and wireless. Both models are fantastic on Camera. Sound works well as does microphone. Night Vision is a great feature and does not require the lights to be on.

This is the 5th one of these cameras I have purchased now. They produce the highest quality video, especially at a distance. The LED lights are calibrated perfectly for night vision. Having two batteries is very convenient.

Love the cameras. Easy to mount and great pictures. Really need the solar panel chargers of you don't want the hassle of climbing to get the batteries so you can charge them often. There is a lot of activity in my yard every day so I get frequent notifications and videos.

I like how easy it is to set up the clarity of the video I like the different alert tones I like the live view most of all I like feeling safe and Secure in my home. A little pricey but worth every penny

My Ring camera is working perfectly as I would have it. I have coverage for my whole porch. It uses infrared, video and it lights up. I did purchase the second battery for it in order to extend the battery life.

These cameras are easy to install and provide great coverage for our front door/porch and side door/garage areas. The amount of light is perfect. The only thing I need to add is the solar panel, as the batteries seem to drain quickly.

As far as video quality, these work well at night and in the day. I watch my kids in our backyard when they walk the dog at night, and I'm able to see them fine. If you want high def like watching a movie then sure, the video quality is not up to that standard. However, if you want to see if anyone is trying to break into your house or simply monitor your yard when you're home or not at home, it is perfectly fine. At the end of the day if you want all of your cameras to be in the same product family, or you just want to install some motion lights with the hassle of having to get a hard power line to them, I think these are great. Installation only took me about 15-20 minutes per camera, and part of that was adjusting the field of view of the cameras to my liking.

Works great anywhere, indoor or outdoors. Put mine up in trees with the solar panels, absolutely no issues and works very well most of the time.

This camera was easy to install and it works great. All operate fairly reliably; batteries need to be changed / re-charged monthly. Battery compartment door is sometimes difficult to get properly closed; otherwise the devices have all worked well.

Love being able to watch my house from anywhere in the world. My only complaint is having to get on a ladder every couple weeks to recharge the batteries. Should have bought the wired version rather than wireless. Otherwise, it's a great product!

Ring products usually do not let me down, this is another good product I've added to my home. I didn't have to run any external wiring, just a few screws and it was mounted and working. I would recommend getting a solar panel or a second battery as the life decreases substantially with heavy night traffic. The light is incredibly bright for its size and illuminates areas far away in the pitch dark. The only thing I have to say bad for it is the battery bay cover is a little wonky and when you swap batteries it can move the camera slightly causing you to have to re-aim it every time if you're not incredibly careful. Otherwise, great picture night and day and good Wi-Fi connection.

Easy straight forward installation, all required mounting items were included. Picture is excellent. Disappointed to find out each device needs its own service to backup recordings for the app.

A camera with motion and spotlight. It's exactly what we wanted to monitor our driveway and it delivered on quality and ease of installation. If you want to monitor what goes on when you're not looking and need a user friendly device then this is it!

This was the only option for a place that did not have power. I also have Circle 2 by Logitech which is a much better quality construction and resolution. As for Ring Spot Light, it was the only option for me because it was compatible with a separate accessory, solar panel.

Love these cameras. This is my 7th ring camera purchased and I highly recommend them for anyone who wants quality security surveillance cameras that are plug and play without professional installation.

I was iffy about buying the wireless version of the spotlight but it ended up being a great buy. This camera offers great video, audio and the app is very easy to use. I would recommend this to anyone who wants a little extra security.
