Bright light. Great for area with no electricity. Buy a second battery so you dont have to charge as often. Better yet buy the solar panel attachment

We got the Geek Squad to install our Ring Spotlight Cam's, and I'm glad we did, but I wish we had received them well before installation, so that we could charge the batteries before the install. The batteries that came with the cameras were almost fully discharged, so the cameras went out by the next day. We quickly bought two more batteries and a dual charger, so that we have two batteries in each camera and can quickly charge when we need to. Now that we've got the hang of the batteries, they're working great.

Works well. Paired with the solar panel it makes for a low maintenance easy way to monitor our backyard access gate. Easy to install and connect to our network.

Love the Ring system. Easy to set up along with the solar panels. Works perfectly with our Amazon Echo system. The camera live view is clear and the recordings are exceptional.

Great quality on video, love being able to hear and speak through them! Fairly easy to install and service fee is reasonable for a year of recording.

Set this up in back works pretty good up to around 30 feet. Did not read the box to see it runs off battery which works great because I don't have to run wires. but then was on there web site and found that they sell one with solar panel to charge the battery. Went ahead and ordered extra battery and solar panel.

Love this product works great clear picture picks up motion an the light comes on everytime.

Got to say this camera works better than I thought. Added these 2 cameras to my ring doorbell and so far no issues at all. Image is good and light is bright enough to light up my driveway

I work overnights and purchased this so I can keep an eye on the house while the old lady and baby are sleeping, if you are on the fence about this or have a situation similar to mine BUY IT. I would have paid double just for the piece of mind, also the feature to talk with the people at the camera is a fun thing to play with and freak out your family when they stop by. Be aware in order for your "events" to record you must pay a subscription fee of 30$ per year, this didn't matter to me because its basically nothing but I did not know that before buying. The 30$ per year allows every event that happens to save and be reviewed for 60 days, buy it.

These cameras are much more reliable than other brands. Every time I pull up the app everything works like it should and connects fast

Works well with all other Ring cameras. Does require 2 batteries that last for me about a week maybe a week and a half. The light is bright enough for my use.

The camera is good, but the rotation is limited and the battery wears down fast if you have a lot of foot traffic. I have two batteries in the cameras and I had to recharge one in less than a month. So, two will last you maybe two months and then you will need to recharge. I wanted to put in the solar panel, but the look of the panel (sticks out from front of home) was not something I thought was attractive. I wish they had another way to recharge the battery.

This is a great camera and provides very good security and piece of mind. It’s not as good as having a security system but it’s great for what it is.

Extremely easy to set up to wifi and to mount outside..very clear picture. 2 weeks later i added solar panel.i recommend camera and panel

Bought this after I installed a Ring Floodlight in a different location, and was happy with the video quality and alerts. Installation was straight-forward and easy. As I didn't want to run wiring, the battery option was attractive. So far has run down about 15% in 3 weeks, so estimate of ~ months. Will likely purchase a second battery - the solar option is attractive but where we have this camera located there isn't a great deal of sunlight. My minor gripe is that the range of the motion detection isn't adjustable the way it is with the floodlight - only "motion zones" but can't extend the depth of the range.

Great camera, easy to install. Wireless so make sure you have a string wifi signal. Crisp pictures day and night. We plan on adding a couple more.

Items serves it purpise. A great price. Buying another one for the back, totaling four.
