Easy to set up. The box includes all the tools needed for installation! Easy to link to app and has great audio and video quality.

Camera is very wide ranged. At night it does not give good quality video feed or live feed. It seems foggy. Daytime is great.

I installed this on my mountain home in the North Georgia Mountains. I installed it on the South side, which gets a lot of sun with a Ring PRO solar panel. I don't get a lot of motion there. I installed an extra battery in the camera thinking I would need it, but the batteries stay charged at 100% seems all the time. Very impressed with this set up. Definitely would suggest getting the Pro Solar panel with this.

I just finished installing this which was a quick and easy process. The camera and mounting bracket are both lightweight, which I appreciate for something that is being mounted on the house. The camera has a great, wide view and I was impressed that it was able to view the entire backyard. I took one star off for the siren, which was part of the reason I selected this product. It is not loud enough to be useful, it’s really not any louder than the ringer on a phone.

Works great just need to make sure your Internet is fast enough and that you have a great connection to it not in a dead zone.

I live in a rental property so I needed something that didn't require wiring and could come with me if I moved. I set one in my driveway and one just outside my front door. They're excellent video, voice/sound interactive, and have an alarms if needed. I set up quiet times when I can live view what's happening, and unique phone alarm sounds should anything happen after dark and when I am sleeping. Batteries seem to be holding well, but I have purchased extra batteries for each unit (they hold two). I may get another set for my side door and backyard.

Ring products have earned their A1 rating because they consistently work, just as they are supposed to. This camera is no exception. We were hearing strange noises in our attic and wanted to see if we had “intruders”. The set up for the Ring was uncomplicated, though a challenge, in that virtual crawl space. Once installed, it has worked overtime providing us with live coverage in the range of the camera. The Ring’s quality is dependable.

I purchased this camera to accompany the Ring Doorbell and alexa echo I purchased. My only concern is that the unit works best with 2 batteries but only one is included in the purchase. The second battery must be purchased seperately. It works fine with just one, but it requires charging much more frequently than with two. Also, Ring provides 30 day monitoring with the purchase, after that there is a fee of either $30 or $100 per year, depending on which plan you choose. This seems to be the rule rather than the exception lately with new Technology. Nickel and dime you to death.

Still have my ring system for over 2 years and I love everything about it !
