Cameras work great. Very clear ang easy to install

Installed easily and has great range at the front of my house. Lights work well and picture is great with zoom. Only problem is you can't control the amount of time it views once it's motion activated, so if you set it at maximum range, it may stop before the object is finished moving. Ring says this capability is coming.

I have several hardwired Ring cameras. I wanted to add a camera to cover a part of my yard the other cameras do not reach however I had no easy access to hardwired power. I decided to give the Spotlight camera a try. I am very pleased with how it works! Picture quality is great!

The ring spotlight camera is pretty easy to install and configure. I bought this with the solar panel and didn't need an extra battery (camera has slots for 2). Works great with all my ring accessories and app.

works well with solar panel. Added a second battery and it has never used it. Resolution is good but not as good as one the is wired. Messages show up on phone as soon as something is spotted. Would buy again if no power source available.

Super easy to install, setup and use. The spotlight is bright enough to illuminate the area easily but not so bright you want to turn it off. The motion detection is very adjustable and once you have it set up, is spot on. Highly recommend this with a solar panel for an install-and-forget solution.

I bought this to do one thing, keep an eye on our front porch. It does exactly that! Mounted it up quickly, connected to the WiFi, and the rest is run through the app! Highly recommend the second battery... tons of alerts will make them go quick! You can’t put a price on peace of mind!

Awesome product to go alongside our ring doorbell. It was easy to install, setup with our mesh WiFi network and connects to the app. The battery does take a long time to charge but 3 weeks of use and it’s still at 87% life. I did buy a secondary battery for backup.

I am highly dissatisfied with my Best Buy Total Membership Plan. I returned multiple devices for my Ring surveillance that I had purchased for my home and families safety and protection. The devices were defected and non functional. I had to have Geek Squad come to my residence multiple times to uninstall and reinstall new Ring surveillance cameras for my residence which was a head ache alone in itself. I also, had negative phone interactions and negative in person encounterments with Best Buy Associates. Overall, I am highly dissatisfied with the services and products purchased at Best Buy. Now I am stuck with products that do no work with no coverage that Best Buy was unwilling to provide a solution to the problem for the entire inconvenience caused to me and my family.

I purchased these cameras to hopefully catch whoever has been vandalizing the bird feeders and solar lights in front of my house. I have found that the camera will not always activate. I can at time jump up and down in from of them and they will not go off. They are pretty much useless if someone approaches the camera directly head on as they won't activate most of the time. They have to approach from the outer edges. They claim these cameras are 1080dpi but they look more like 720dpi and at night when they go off and the lights come on (the lights coming on is great, will most likely scare anyone away) the image is extremely grainy and there is no way you can identify a person (hard to do in the daylight also). I have another 1080dpi camera from Reolink and the image is SO MUCH sharper then these. Ring customer service hasn't been much help so far with the resolution issue and I even bought an outside signal booster hoping that might help but it didn't.

Worth the cost as other camera do not provide all the features this has like sensor spot light, two way speaker. Only thing is camera is not very high end. Best compared to other camera in similar range.

The cams are functional, however I have found connectivity issues, even with strong Wi-Fi. Overall, I would say the Spotlight Cams are fair to middling. Love the solar power option. Too bad Ring is not the best Wi-Fi camera on the market...just the cheapest.

We use this to view cars pulling up to our driveway. We live near a main road. We had to install a video camera because people pull up to our driveway to make U turns and someone has already hit and broke our mailbox. No incidents since camera was installed.

It’s a really nice product but it does NOT record everything or pick up everything. It misses a lot of things. So it works, just not amazing. You have to change the batteries like once a week and charge them, and that can be a hassle because it’s not in a reachable position.

It’s good and we own a few of them. The only issue is that it can be a little slow and catching someone walking by so you only see them for a split second. That and when it rains it works when it wants to. Easy to install and I do like it.

Nice to be able to see what's happening in front of the House. We had problems with some kids taking little things out of our garage, so hopefully this will stop them if not, we will be able to see who they are. Great picture quality unless there is a lot of sunlight in the evening. It takes a couple of seconds to filter out the light.

I recently bought this to add to my Ring doorbell camera so I put this in my backyard it’s way worth the price and with the solar power no need to worry about battery life. All I need now is two pop up camera for the sides of the house so I can have 360 degree coverage.......

Good quality camera and image however after 1,5 year (right after warranty expired) one of the cameras stopped working!
