The cameras looked amazing but the quality was not as sharp !

The camera is amazing. I connected a external power to this device and it works perfect. I like the video even at night and the sensitivity. I bought this product on a BEST BUY offer at discount price. The offer didn’t mentioned a refurbished or open box item but the box I received didn’t have the original seals. Because of that I am disappointed with the transaction. But not with the item so far.

This is a very high quality product with high quality images. Every feature worked exactly as described. The only exception would be battery life. Our real battery life with light traffic area is going to be a little longer than 3 months per charge. We bought a second battery so we do not have any down time, but I could imagine a heavy traffic area would required charging once a month so I would recommend the second battery for the unit.

It was easy to install, great viewing angle. The only reason I give 4 stars is to battery life. Somehow its drains faster , it only came for a month. Despite all optimal settings. I am yet to reach out to ring and trouble shoot. I have set these us up at my backyard and there are some issues with stability of my internet connection. However I have got Floodlight cam and it works at just fine. There seems to be a specific problem with Spotlight cams which I need to figure out.

Very pleased with the wireless spotlight cam overall. Notifications come in almost instantaneously when motion is detected and setup couldn't be easier. My only complaint is the short battery life. I had to remove the battery for about 8 hours to charge after having it for just over a month. My suggestion is to purchase the solar panel or an extra battery. There is a slot for a second battery and I will purchase one soon.

Awesome security camera not too expensive and does a great job It alerts me and my wife every time some comes on or go by our property. I encourage everyone to at least try it out‼️ It also comes with an app that also has an whole community social page of ring owners that let you know everything that’s going on in your area or surrounding areas. We love it!!!!

This device works as expected. I have the RING account and all captured images are saved. Nice wide angle view. Only set off by larger (people) movement, small animals do not trigger it. Definitely get the second battery, battery life is 6-8 weeks and a simple remove, charge,reinstall. No need to hardwire.

Very good picture quality. Easy set up & installation. Added this on to an existing Ring home network. (Existing network included doorbell, chime pro, a similar spotlight Cam wire free (with solar panel) Phone app is easy to use. Chose the Wireless version due to location on the exterior of the home. (Would have been a chore to run electric service to the section of the driveway we wanted added coverage to.)

Cameras are excellent and the installation team was great. CST, Brian and Raul did a fantastic job

I love this product. I ended up buying two in the end so I could keep an eye on my backyard when I’m away. Works seamlessly with the Ring app. Paired this with the Ring doorbell, and I couldn’t be happier. You do have to pay for the annual membership but for unlimited devices, it’s still hundreds cheaper than a security service company.
