But after installing and using it, I found out that at the end of trial period that I needed to pay a monthly fee to continue to see the videos. I was a wee bit shocked to see that they were hitting me up for a monthly subscription. I mean, seriously, if they want to make it subscription based then they should sell it at a reasonably lower price because now I feel like it’s just a scam. My Ring can take videos and I can’t even get them to save onto my phone (not even on the server); in fact they blocked the video portion of the device. Bad taste in the product and the company because of this. Otherwise I would have bought the bridge and a few more to ensure my properties were well secured with these products. But nope I won’t now.

We feel it is imperative that our customers receive all pertinent information regarding additional benefits they have the option to subscribe to, such as the Ring Protect Plan. We do provide information to our customers about the optional Ring Protect Plan on our Ring website. Your Ring App should also notify you during the free 30 day trial of our cloud plan, as well as in an email after a successful setup of a Ring device.

Its just to hot in Phoenix to be in a Attice doing work.

We had a 3rd party team come and install our cameras about 10 hours Later then we were told they would arrive due to them being booked solid with appointments. They installed our cameras at night instead of the morning when it was light outside.
