Love it, very clear picture and like the fact you can turn the light on and off from the app

Works great day or night. Turns on automatically, when beam is broken. Great to also connect a solar charger.

Easily mounted. We already have Ring door chimes so there was no problem in linking them to our network. My only problem so far had been setting the range for those we mounted outside to react to motion close to the house, such as visitors, delivery men and animals, but not react to cars traveling down the street. Batteries have been lasting two months before needing re-charged.

Not happy. Camera installed with batteries that had to be replaced next day. After install we were advised to purchase Solar panel for camera to avoid climbing ladder at age 93. We don’t need Total Tech if we have to install and set up ourselves. We have the equipment but totally useless since we don’t know how to use it.

These are fantastic! I read some reviews where people complained that the lights aren’t bright enough... I disagree with that! I think they’re just fine for their purpose! No, the image isn’t 4K quality, but frankly, I’m not trying to enjoy a feature length movie ... these Ring spotlight security cameras are great for the money! I bought more! If you need lots of light, then check out the floodlights!

I don't normally like the cameras that you have to pay for services continually for. These are an exception to the rule though. These cameras are very wide angle, and get a lot more than you would think. The fee is little, 3 dollars a month if my memory serves me right. I would definitely recommend for a good alternative to cameras with traditional BNC wiring or in addition too. Which is what I did. Easier to hook up if you're too far from the DVR to run cables.

These are not nearly as good as the floodlight cam, so if you debating, get that. I have both. The spotlight cam still takes excellent quality video and with the addition of zones, it has improved the usefulness. The warning: if you cannot choose your wifi speed (2.4 or 5Mb) you will most likely also need a Ring Chime Pro. This is not an issue with the wired Ring cameras, just the battery versions. Also for some reason, it molds on the top of the camera.

Chose this product for its smaller size. Works perfectly fine as far as recording audio/video, took a little time to determine the right angle to set the camera at so the sensor worked correctly. Only complaint is that it only comes with one battery pack even though it holds two. I’ve dealt with one pack for about 4 months but just had to purchase another battery pack so it lasts longer. Battery doesn’t last as long as they claim it does, but that’s the case for most products these days.

I like having the convenience of putting this anywhere and being able to monitor my property and receive alerts. Picture quality is okay, I wouldn’t be able to use to read a license plate off a car. I have seen other videos of cameras that have better clarity of pictures. I’ll keep this one for what I use it for. Make me feel a little more secure at home. Easy set up

Great camera, great views, The only negative is that the batteries have to be charged once a month.

great resolution, good capture for movement, and reasonable price for cloud storage. Only four star for battery life not as expected.

I love my cams, the recording is decent a little blur at times but gets the job done !

Very useful for outside monitoring outside the house. The sensor mechanism is still a little funky. Sometimes motion outside of the set motion area are still detected. Though I'd rather it detect more than necessary as opposed to less than desired. The picture quality is pretty good in the morning tho it decreases at night. Overall a good product that will hopefully last me for a while. Bought it on sale since they tend to offer it on discount regularly.
