I found unit easy to install and use-as long as you follow the instructions. Battery took 6 hours to charge and is holding charge well. It only took a couple of positions and sensitivity adjustments to find the best settings. I also found that downloading the Rapid Ring App in addition to the Ring App, was a good decision. It gives you instant access to the live camera. Would you recommend this product as a gift?

Great product from Ring!

I mounted this camera in my garage for some added security if the door gets left open, and it's been perfect! Also serves a great bonus purpose of being able to check the live feed if I can't remember if I shut my garage door. Would highly recommend!
