If you purchase these ring cameras - highly recommend you purchase the rechareable batteries and purchase solar panels as well. You do not have to keep going up on a ladder to keep changing the batteries.l The quality of the camera view is exceptional as well.

Great camera for being a battery set up.I have a back up battery for when it needs charging or you can do the wire all the time if it’s in the place you have access to hook it up direct or do the solar panel to recharge but I read it doesn’t last as long so I rather have a back up battery and swap when it goes down

Most ring products are fantastic. This is no difference. I would recommend getting a 2nd battert for each camera or the solar charger if you have a lot of traffic or movement. One camera is in the back of my house and doesnt record as clesr but that is because of my wifi router and signal strength.

Great camera and very easy to connect to app and set up. The camera is really good. The whole unit does feel like cheap plastic due to it being so light but I feel the quality is there. The night time mode is also really nice. only complaint is I can't turn on light for long periods of time if I need light outside.

Like the new camera, but the battery life is short and requires a ladder to remove and charge the battery. The camera is great, but the shadow and off the patio from obscure glass set off the camera all day long. Had to adjust, but now is working better. If you buy the battery powered, buy an extra battery pack.

You never know what goes on when you are sleeping. This camera senses motion (it can be adjusted to just sense humans), the light goes on, and you are notified by a ringing bell on your phone. We discovered that these are cats living under our porch. Our cars have been broken into in the past, so this will be a fine deterrent.
