works well with solar panel. Added a second battery and it has never used it. Resolution is good but not as good as one the is wired. Messages show up on phone as soon as something is spotted. Would buy again if no power source available.

Works very well. Pictures are clear and gets the job done. Motion settings and 3 zones makes it easy to set your parameters. I got the 2 pack but haven’t had to install the 2nd one yet. Battery life lasts a long time. I charged it at full and it’s been 5 weeks without having to change the battery. Sweet!!

Dual pack Cam spotlights easy to install with easy to change batteries. Compact and motion area can be angled for great coverage that detect movement, activating the spotlight and sending alerts to phone. Purchased a spare battery, read they last about 6 mos.

These cameras have really good, clear picture and audio. App controls are easy and the build quality is robust. The only issue I have is they don’t have the ability to adjust the sensing zone like the doorbell pro does. Even with turning the sensitivity down it will still activate when cars drive by the house.

The cams are functional, however I have found connectivity issues, even with strong Wi-Fi. Overall, I would say the Spotlight Cams are fair to middling. Love the solar power option. Too bad Ring is not the best Wi-Fi camera on the market...just the cheapest.

This ring camera comes in handy when an object or person moves in front of it, however, I was disappointed to find out that it’s not an average camera where it’s always recording 24/7. It’ll record when the camera is summoned or when it senses motion. The battery life could be better. I wish it came with an extra battery included.

Pros: Easy setup and installation. Great power options (i.e. dual battery option and solar panel). Cons: Shortly after subscribing to the monitoring service I experienced networking issues (was unable to remotely monitor the cameras). Not a game changer...yet. No track record yet.

This device was easy to install (with a grandson to help). It works well and has a really great range of settings for time of day mode, notifications all the time mode. The battery power is FAR better than I anticipated if you don't have the camera activate and send notifications all the time.

I’m enjoying my new ring bell camera. I can see my entire backyard and can turn my lights on from phone. I also have a different ring bell on front door and I feel so safe when I’m away from home.

I have two of these cameras along with solar panels. I’m impressed on how well they work. Very clear video. I truly like the Ring cameras better than my Nest. These cameras always stay online and you can watch live video. Truly worth the price.

We have enjoyed getting our Ring Spotlight. We had two other products but neither were what we wanted. The Ring Spotlight gives us light as well as the recording. It detects motion on the driveway, street and porch. The other ones did not have the range of this one. We are very happy with the purchase.

The ring spotlight camera is pretty easy to install and configure. I bought this with the solar panel and didn't need an extra battery (camera has slots for 2). Works great with all my ring accessories and app.

The original camera I bought at Best Buy was faulty, Worked great for a month, then it stopped uploading and batteries drained extremely fast. Contacted Ring and they sent me a new camera and an extra battery. A month later the battery life is great and the uploading works like a charm.

I bought these to accompany the doorbell Ring and the two cameras cover my entire property front and back. In the daytime they're incredibly clear but at night it can be hard to see everything, even with the spotlight, but I still feel 100% better knowing I'm now covered. It doesn't stop the need to be vigilant but it's an extra measure.

It’s good and we own a few of them. The only issue is that it can be a little slow and catching someone walking by so you only see them for a split second. That and when it rains it works when it wants to. Easy to install and I do like it.

I wanted to add an outdoor camera to compliment my ring doorbell. This spotlight camera was easy to set up with the app, and works exactly as advertised. I also paired the solar panel accessory with it so I don’t have to worry about charging the battery

The Ring cameras are great! But I only gave them 4 stars because the batteries die very quickly. They only came with 1 battery per camera and not 2 batteries to fill both slots. I would highly recommend buying the solar panels to avoid having to crawl up and down a ladder constantly in order to charge the batteries.

I decided to get the RING Spotlight cam to have our entire house security managed by my RING account. These cameras provide very high quality images, and I am very happy with the security they are providing me and my family on what is going on outside our house while we are away.

Picture is great, have built in lights and speakers so you can communicate with any speaker, any part of house from phone. Can also activate a very loud alarm function from your phone. Used this while on vacation and some neighborhood kids wondered in to my backyard pool area uninvited.

this ring spotlight camera is very cool. i like that it has a siren you can activate with the ring app to scare someone away or for whatever reason. the light is nice that it comes on with motion and the two way voice is acool feature all and all great outdoor camera
