The cameras have very few false alarms, another system I was trying had so many false even though I specified human only, it still recorded insects. Ring on the other hand when set for human only it did just that. Ring is loaded wit features and options.

The installation has been done in piecemeal fashion and there have been issues with most of the pieces. Too much to go into here. However, possibly the most concerning aspect of the saga is regarding my most recent interaction with a Best Buy representative. I spoke with Ronda (888-237-8289) on 12-23 in an effort to get a status of my ongoing installation process. Ronda was quite sympathetic and apologized for the lack of service and follow up. She indicated that she had escalated the issue to a store manager and assured me that I would receive a response within 2 / 10 hours. I’m still waiting. At this time I have no idea if there is any service scheduled on my behalf. I have several issues that need to be resolved and I have no idea when they will be resolved. Are you sure you want to ask my opinion of your service?
