    Good product. This was installed by two Best Buy technicians who were professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They chose where to place this cam on the exterior of the house. It looks nice and works great!

    Having someone come out and hook us up was awesome! If ring had only told me I had to add a new camera and not try to connect with the camera that was no longer hooked up we could have all been saved a big headache. Installer was awesome!

    I like the fact that i can install these anywhere because its wireless, i bought 2 of these and if you paired this with a wifi extender you wont have any connection issues when setting these up outside your home.

    I do not understand all the negative comments, I have 16 wireless cameras inside and out, never have a problem, easy to set up and mount, I recommend getting power cords from Amazon they keep the batteries fully charged even when its set on frequent and full range of detection.

    Camera units work very well however, I would like to see the company that makes this product design a shelter box for the camera unit to keep it covered from weather. As a customer, I can't place every camera unit underneath shelter. It really does interfere with the cameras effectiveness.
