Great product. We have several rings cameras but this is one of my favorites. It allows you to use solar to provide light and surveillance without needing an electrician. Very effective, I own about 4 of these and referred several friends to it as well

These cameras are wonderful bought the extra batteries to go in them and the solar panels to help keep them charged last over a month without solar will be interesting to see how long now that i have solar on them as well

The pros.. easy to set up! Good tech support if needed. The cons.. prices add up easily if doing wireless camera for extra battery or solar panel. Plus fees for video recording by company. (Note) fees are per each cameras!

I feel more comfortable knowing that this camera is located at the top of my garage facing out. Only wish that there was additional 'downward' rotation available as it isn't able to view directly below the installation.

I can see most things in the viewing area. Unfortunately, when someone came into my yard and stole the recycle bin it missed that altogether. So, other than the occasional break it takes it works fine.

It was a tad challenging to mount just because of the backyard position that I wanted to place it and also connected it to the Ring solar panel. But after it was installed and connected, the cam is rock solid all the time.

The only reason why I didn’t give it a 5 star rating is that although the Camera being outdoor will need a WiFi range extender. They don’t connect that well with out one. The router is just on the other side of the wall and considering I live in a small apartment, it still requires the WiFi extender. Besides that, it’s a good product.

It was easy to install and set up. The light is decently bright and the sensitivity of the motion sensor is good. The camera resolution isn’t too bad either. I can identify who it is that triggered the motion sensor at least.

Easy way to secure your home. It works as promised.

Received the items on time. Installation was straight forward. Have trouble with signal even though we have a chime. The front camera goes off a lot. Was hoping to be able to control zones like I can with our Ring doorbell but can't. You either live with the false notifications or don't use the device. Ordered an extra battery and the first time I replaced the battery I had to remove and resetup the devices. The battery compartment design is not the best. Still have a problem with one camera when we try to go live. Will try to fix that this weekend. As an experienced engineer there are other issues as well. I would not be proud of this product design. I would recommend to a friend with a lot of explanation. I would understand if they bought something else and would want to know what they bought.

Battery discharges quickly ...but the product is good

Have two sets of two batteries and only have to change about once a month that way. This is because my neighborhood is very active and has constant traffic. I have zero complaints about this and honestly wish I would’ve bought the two pack!

Quality is super during the day. At night it's ok.

First camera went bad. It would not stay connected to wifi at night. It would connect during the day but not at night. I spent entirely to much time and to many phone calls to ring support before they decided the camera was bad and sent a replacement. The replacement had been up now for about a week worth no issues. I would have given more stars but due to the number of phone calls and the amount of time that I had to spend with customer service to get the issue resolved I feel they could have done a better job resolving my problem sooner. On the other hand my friend had the exact opposite experience with them. I guess their customer service is a crap shoot. If eufy made a camera with a spot light as good as the ring camera I would recommend it two to one.

New home with security system already installed. Wanted additional camera coverage of the backyard and sides to keep track of the dogs and anything else that might be there. Easy install. Might add solar charging at a later date as the cameras are very active. Or maybe I will adjust schedules for each of them.

This was completely worth the money. Orginally I was hesitant because of the price, but the cameras come with an extra battery slot. So they last longer plus the lights give the camera such clarity at night.
