Good camera, but terrible battery life. I can’t recommend this product without the solar charger for outdoor use as you have to charge the battery every couple of weeks.

My backyard doesn't have great visibility from inside our house so I use this to keep an eye on my kids and dogs. I can use my fire TV for a live view which is nice too. I wish the snooze options were more customizable but not a deal breaker.

Picked up this unit when it was on sale for $159, we already have the doorbell 2 and wanted another camera by the garage. Took a few days to dial in the best motion zone settings, but overall it works as advertised. So far the battery life seems good as well.

We added this cam to go along with our ring doorbell. It's quality is very good and has an extra spot for a second battery. We also added the solar panel. It keeps the battery at 100% all of the time. I highly recommend it. It works great.

Works great. The online storage of video is nice and works well, although it does cost money after the 30 day free period. The only issue that I had was that some mounting equipment was missing from the box, and I had to PURCHASE a duplicate set.

The ring camera is excellent, but it could be better in some ways. The camera sometimes doesnr detect motion even when somethint is standing right in front of it.

Extremely portable, love the how easy it is too move around. Have it in my back yard with only path lights at night. The night vision only had an effective range of about ten feet. I plan to install flood lights to boost the visibility at night.

Works great and in sync with my other Ring alerts. Remember to charge up the battery overnight, which I would have done had I read the directions. I will buy more for other areas of the property.

A battery that only needs to be recharged every 3 months ! What more could you ask for !If you install a second battery , it will last 6 months !

Purchased after a car break in and this product has come in clutch since. Battery life is great only wish the associate would have told me it has an option for a second battery

This spot light camera is wonderful. I’ve purchased 10 between 3 properties and they always work and look great. Even if you have a weak internet signal it learns the distance from the router and boosts its signal. Truly great.

Overall good product. The viewing area is quality and expansive, however it is limited in its flexibility to adjust its alert/notification zone compared to the Ring doorbell (the area in which something/someone triggers the notification).

Works as advertised. I have other Ring cameras and they all work great. I recommend to anyone looking into security cameras. The monthly/yearly monitoring fee is very reasonable.

This product performs as expected. The battery lasts approximately 2 weeks on a charge. This can be improved by using the solar battery charger for this camera that will eliminate the need for battery charging.

I love my cameras! The gentleman that installed them was prompt, polite, professional, knowledgeable, and quick. He explained everything easily and I can reach the camera batteries to charge them!

Good item, thank you BestBuy team Is it beneficial to place a 2nd battery inside the spotlight so that the solar can charge twice as much ... or was that just a waste to add a 2nd battery?

I have these cameras on every side of my house now & I love being able to see exactly what’s going on.

This camera is perfect for the application I had in mind. Thae day/night features and the microphone + alarm siren is a great bonus.

Like the peace of mind having the cameras provides. Does lag a little sometimes and will sometimes randomly not pick up motion but 95% of the time it works great

The ring spotlight cam is far reaching. It’s been a good choice. However, I still wonder if I should have selected the wired version with the additional cost.
