The rechargeable battery notifies you automatically when it's in need of a re-charge. Would recommend to a friend and would purchase again!

But the Ring cameras are worth it. The wireless features, the lights and ability to talk to the people through camera are awesome!

Not a lot nut I have had deliveries at my front door and not been able to see the person initiate the motion. Other than that, I am fine with it.

I purchased for my father in law and he is buying more for himself. I am a law enforcement officer so who better to take care of my place than me!? Anyway, great system.

They do not last long at all, we should have paid more for the pro one that hard wires in. Otherwise, it works as expected.

I needed cameras on my pool and side of the house for security and safety reasons. This bundle pack saved money, easy to install and i highly recommend using the Solar panels for complete wireless capability.

I get notifications of any movement on my property. It is a good peace to know officers will be notified if needed .

It was easy to install, and has been a great asset for allowing us to keep an eye on the area where the stairs lead up to our deck. The clarity of the camera is outstanding!

Ring doesn’t work if you have a password that includes a symbol, so we would have had to change our passwords for everything else in the house in order to install these spotlights, which would have been very difficult. Instead, we returned them and have ordered another system. The installer worked a long time trying to get them to work and called for support but no go.

Posted .Hi jAGG. This isn't the Ring experience that we would want you to have. Sometimes, no alphanumeric passwords can be problematic for the setup process. If you router allows, you can create a separate network for specific for your Ring devices. This has been a great workaround for some. If you have any further questions or concerns, try browsing the Ring Community at https://community.ring.com/. The Ring Spotlight Camera was designed to offer security at both day and night time. If you are having trouble with your camera detecting motion at night time we recommend adjusting your motion settings. Please pay close attention to the Motion Frequency setting and consider adjusting this to frequent within the Ring App. Frequent gives you the most motion alerts and ensures you don’t miss any activity.

Didn't want devices that required electrical hookup. So is great, power requires charging maybe every 90 days depending on usages.

Night vision is not the best quality either.

Based on your review, it seems that you are having trouble keeping your Ring Spotlight Camera battery charged. If this is the case, you may want to adjust your motion settings. Motion Frequency is a control in the Ring app that allows you to customize motion alerts to your home environment and preserve battery life. When the areas that you’re monitoring have excessive or repetitive motions, such as children playing in a yard, you may receive too many alerts, which can drain battery-operated devices too fast. Motion frequency controls were designed to help you get the notifications that you want and preserve battery life.
