It was easy to install, and has been a great asset for allowing us to keep an eye on the area where the stairs lead up to our deck. The clarity of the camera is outstanding!

Not a lot nut I have had deliveries at my front door and not been able to see the person initiate the motion. Other than that, I am fine with it.

I put the 2nd battery in and haven’t had to charge in almost a month now. Will be getting one for the front of the house soon.

I was very surprised at the wide view of the camera. We also have the ring doorbell and spot lights on our driveway. I'm very pleased with all 3 products and they were easy for my husband to install.

Needs a little more zone adjustment but works awesome linked with other cameras and a solar panel for worry free battery life .

Night vision is not the best quality either.

Based on your review, it seems that you are having trouble keeping your Ring Spotlight Camera battery charged. If this is the case, you may want to adjust your motion settings. Motion Frequency is a control in the Ring app that allows you to customize motion alerts to your home environment and preserve battery life. When the areas that you’re monitoring have excessive or repetitive motions, such as children playing in a yard, you may receive too many alerts, which can drain battery-operated devices too fast. Motion frequency controls were designed to help you get the notifications that you want and preserve battery life. I get notifications of any movement on my property. It is a good peace to know officers will be notified if needed .

I am notified when anyone is in my yard and I can see who it is and what they are doing without looking out a window. They don't see me.

I wish you could turn down the sensitivity of the motion sensor, you can adjust the range. Also, I wish you could set up activity zones like you can for the doorbell pro.

I have it so it covers the entire patio and patio door. Works great. You can set the distance it picks up so the landscapers mowing at ground level don't set mine off.

Didn't want devices that required electrical hookup. So is great, power requires charging maybe every 90 days depending on usages.

My backyard seems to have a weak signal. It still records but it isn’t as consistent as my doorbell connection. I can access the archived video so I don’t miss anything but live view is spotty.
