Garage Camera that catches a major area across the neighborhood. Easy to use. Safe.

I'm so happy with my new Ring spotlight cam. It works great and the camera quality is very good. It was easy to set up and mount to the house. The battery says it last up to 6 months. Mine lasted a month and now says low battery. So, that was a little disappointing. I'll probably get a second battery to have a back up since it doesn't last as long as I'd hoped. But, overall I would buy this again and really happy with it.

These cameras setup quickly and easily through the Ring app and can be viewed through any phone with the app. This also works with an Amazon Alexa Show. The picture they produce is clear and you can speak and listen through them also. The built in led spotlight is bright and turns off and on with motion or through the app. I use them with the Ring solar panel and the battery has kept its charge. Very happy with this purchase!

Getting these working was a snap. I did plug in the batteries and charge overnight before attempting installation. Ring seemed to think of everything so imagine my surprise when, 1. the screws for the physical installation were black (my unit is white) and 2. one screw broke off during installation using a hand-held cordless screwdriver into soft wood siding. So I had to go to the local hardware store and figure out which stainless steel silver screws would work. And then fill and paint over the holes from the previous install since my odds of getting that broken screw out were slim to none. But getting it working with my wifi was a breeze. I purchased an extra battery and the solar panel and the solar panel keeps both batteries charged on as little as an hour of sunlight a day. Motion sensor is adjustable for distance, recording is a bit behind, but good enough, and at night the light is surprisingly bright. I think the video quality could be better but I recognize people who set off the recording. Was surprised to learn I have to pay $30 per camera per year after 30 days to keep any video unless I purchase their all inclusive annual premium pkg at $100 a year. Was hoping I could simply store the video on my own network drive. If there's a way to do that, I haven't figured it out yet.

My neighborhood, unfortunately, has been victim of burglary in the past months. We decided to purchase the Ring spotlight camera for that very reason. I was nervous about installation, however, my husband installed it in less than 10 minutes. It is great during the day and night. You can set the zones of motion detection & get alerts on your phone, or in my case, on my computer at work. We use the camera in our backyard, it is weather resistant.

Cameras seem to be of good quality and doing a great job. They seem to be sturdy also

Awesome security camera not too expensive and does a great job It alerts me and my wife every time some comes on or go by our property. I encourage everyone to at least try it out‼️ It also comes with an app that also has an whole community social page of ring owners that let you know everything that’s going on in your area or surrounding areas. We love it!!!!

The camera is amazing. I connected a external power to this device and it works perfect. I like the video even at night and the sensitivity. I bought this product on a BEST BUY offer at discount price. The offer didn’t mentioned a refurbished or open box item but the box I received didn’t have the original seals. Because of that I am disappointed with the transaction. But not with the item so far.

If you want a reliable, easy to use security camera with a crystal clear picture this is the one you need to buy. I liked my first one so much that I decided to buy a second and cover my yard from front to back. I love the fact that it's Wire-free which allows me to put it anywhere. Highly Recommended.

Very good picture quality. Easy set up & installation. Added this on to an existing Ring home network. (Existing network included doorbell, chime pro, a similar spotlight Cam wire free (with solar panel) Phone app is easy to use. Chose the Wireless version due to location on the exterior of the home. (Would have been a chore to run electric service to the section of the driveway we wanted added coverage to.)

The camera captures a huge area and the picture is clear. You can view your possession from anywhere which is a great feature. I hope this product discourages people with bad intentions. The camera was easy to installed (wireless) and very compact. I recommend this product to anyone looking for additional security.

The cameras have been alot of help just looking around the property wherever I am.

Very pleased with the wireless spotlight cam overall. Notifications come in almost instantaneously when motion is detected and setup couldn't be easier. My only complaint is the short battery life. I had to remove the battery for about 8 hours to charge after having it for just over a month. My suggestion is to purchase the solar panel or an extra battery. There is a slot for a second battery and I will purchase one soon.
