There are so fully featured. I really like that they have a real motion sensor because that means no false positives on alerts. Not to mention, I already have a ring doorbell so this integrates perfectly with my whole system

All as advertised with one exception that wasn't clear. They need to be wall mounted. I was hoping to prop them up and use them in temporary locations for a while but they need to be wall mounted to stay upright. Otherwise they are easy to use.

Everything fine, except that you have to take a plan in order to record events. It would be nice if you could drop a MicroSd card in and keep some recordings. L9ng battery life before recharging

I love this camera - For my use I wish it recognized cars as well as humans. It is probably better for city dwellers but living in the country I would like to know when a car comes down my drive.

Works well with the solar panel that you can purchase separately but if you have a subscription on your ring doorbell you have to purchase one for this device separately.

We are very pleased with our Ring products. The installation people did a tremendous job for us. I highly recommend William and Sandra for installation of Ring cameras.

Absolutely love this spot cam! Works very well for me! Only downfall is that it can be getting motion kinda slow and blurry!

My dad was looking at these for his house so he can keep an eye on things while my parents go on vacation. They work well but the delay in the live view from the Ring App is frustrating to him. Other than that they’re decent.

I this is my 2nd Ring product. I work full-time n my 97 yr old mother will be at home for an hr by herself after the sitter leave until I get home.

My wife & I have always wanted to be able to tell when someone is in our driveway without having to open the garage door. Now we can and with great resolution. The battery stays charged by using the solar panel.

We already had 2 and they work fantastic. We ordered the 2 pack from Best buy twice and as always never disappointed. Great service and product tip top shape. Great cameras!!

i love these cameras, they pick up everything and they’re very high quality. they do have a little trouble at night though, that’s the only down side

I purchased for a client after I sold his senior mother a home so he can help keep an eye on things. Also have one at my vacation rental and my personal residence.

The ease with which it was to navigate through the site and find what I was looking for was a great experience. I found what I was looking for and the quality and price was good.

I only gave it 4 stars because the night time video quality is fair, at best. The lights can be turned on from your device, but even then, it’s not super clear.

The reason why I gave this a good rating is because it was problematic getting it to connect to our Wifi. I had the perfect spot, but it was slightly too far from the wifi spot. I moved it closer and it was "better." But it still has trouble being consistent when we want to check an alert. Moreover, there is a ton of false warnings. Even though I have set the parameters of the space it is "seeing," it still will pick up things outside that area. However, I feel better knowing it is there. The good rating is more for the number of false positives and intermittent connections even though it is only about 20 feet from Wifi.

Needed to enhance my security and complement my Ring doorbell Both cameras were positioned and connected to my network easily. I had the cameras working on my app in minutes!

We’ve had this camera for nearly a year and we have not one complaint. No issues, clear recording easy to set up and easy to operate from the phone,

I have been having RSSI/WI-FI problems since installed 6.18.2019. Bought Chime Pro, Extender, and no improvement. Bought and returned a Better (NETGEAR NIGHTHAWK vs VERIZON) ROUTER: NO improvement. Had GEEK SQUAD install a Google Wi-Fi Mesh 3 pack, still no improvement. These RING WI-FI SPOTLIGHT CAMERAS do not capture significant events. GEEK SQUAD is NOT ALLOWED to work on Security Systems in Virginia. Over two months and still have problems. Different installers attempted to solve Wi-Fi problems with RING Support, Philippines. When will BESTBUY GEEK SQUAD Technicians be trained and allowed to make home visits in Virginia?
