Cameras don’t always load up on mobile phone like they’re supposed to. Half the time you get a bad connection message. My router and the ring chime pro are about 10 feet away so that’s not the problem like the troubleshooting page says. Late or no movement alerts even after resetting perimeter. Just not worth the price. I would recommend normal security cameras not these.
