Both lose feed often even though internet and chime pro signals show good. Now return period is over.

It’s the unit not the battery- I tried everything. Waste of money- don’t bother- it at least buy the warranty. I’m out 180 bucks now.

If your device is not responding, please attempt a hard reset. To do so, ensure the battery is fully charged and inserted. Press and hold the set-up button for 15 seconds, then release. The device will complete the reset within a minute or so.
Although hard resets solve most situation, your welcome to reach us directly. This way, we can gather further details and help solve this.

Requires strong enough WiFi connection for live feeds however if the WiFi strength is not good live feed is delayed or not available. The spotlight requires additional lighting for very dark exteriors.
