Easy to set up. It helped us with a situation the second night owning it. My only reason for not giving 5 Stars is you really need two batteries not just the one it comes with.

The camera works well. It a little on the expensive side but I want it to work with the ring door bell simply. The motion is not great. I have had cars and people come in camera view and it will not set it off. But my neighbors driving pass my house out of view will set it off. The light on it is awesome it scares away small animals. Battery life is not great last about 6 weeks. I purchased a extra battery so that I always have one ready to go.

good camera system really easy to install, wish batter life on cameras was. more efficient definitely recommend the solar panels if not hard wired

I installed this on my mountain home in the North Georgia Mountains. I installed it on the South side, which gets a lot of sun with a Ring PRO solar panel. I don't get a lot of motion there. I installed an extra battery in the camera thinking I would need it, but the batteries stay charged at 100% seems all the time. Very impressed with this set up. Definitely would suggest getting the Pro Solar panel with this.

I love these cameras and would recommend them to other people. So far the only problem we’ve had is that the camera installed in our backyard takes quite a while to pull up live feed or some times it doesn’t at all. I’m sure once I call technical support the problem will get fixed.

Easy to install. Captures the slightest motions. I like that it records voices as well. Easy to replace batteries.

I just finished installing this which was a quick and easy process. The camera and mounting bracket are both lightweight, which I appreciate for something that is being mounted on the house. The camera has a great, wide view and I was impressed that it was able to view the entire backyard. I took one star off for the siren, which was part of the reason I selected this product. It is not loud enough to be useful, it’s really not any louder than the ringer on a phone.

Camera is very wide ranged. At night it does not give good quality video feed or live feed. It seems foggy. Daytime is great.

Ring products have earned their A1 rating because they consistently work, just as they are supposed to. This camera is no exception. We were hearing strange noises in our attic and wanted to see if we had “intruders”. The set up for the Ring was uncomplicated, though a challenge, in that virtual crawl space. Once installed, it has worked overtime providing us with live coverage in the range of the camera. The Ring’s quality is dependable.
