I am highly dissatisfied with my Best Buy Total Membership Plan. I returned multiple devices for my Ring surveillance that I had purchased for my home and families safety and protection. The devices were defected and non functional. I had to have Geek Squad come to my residence multiple times to uninstall and reinstall new Ring surveillance cameras for my residence which was a head ache alone in itself. I also, had negative phone interactions and negative in person encounterments with Best Buy Associates. Overall, I am highly dissatisfied with the services and products purchased at Best Buy. Now I am stuck with products that do no work with no coverage that Best Buy was unwilling to provide a solution to the problem for the entire inconvenience caused to me and my family.

I needed to add a camera to an area that was not covered and had no power nearby. This was easy to set up and merged into my existing ring cameras. the battery needs to be charged about every 5 weeks. there is a space to put in another battery, so it will last even longer.

I Love all ring products, The spotlight camera is definitely one of my favorites though. It was very easy to install, set up and best of all!! My family and I feel much safer now that we are protected by ring.

Got three, one spotlight, two like the one being reviewed. Got extra batteries no down time. Great video. Siren is fun on unsuspecting friends. Reasonable price for cloud storage. Told the Deputy I had these as problem with person. He liked that it would make his job easy, cuff n stuff.

These cameras are great. They are super easy to install. They give you step by step directions and it’s all very simple and doesn’t take much time to do. The batteries last a long time (months?) before needing a charge. We already had 1 and we bought these to expand our security.

Great product for the price. We installed Ring products all around our home and love the functionality. We can see anything or anyone that moves. The quality of the photos/videos are fine for our needs however, could be improved.

This is a great camera system. It’s extremely easy to use and to share video. I have recommend this camera to multiple people. It’s very convenient and I purchased a solar panel to it which is also very easy to attach and I never have to change the battery.

Camera is great addition to my security system. Integrated motion light provides added security. I went with wireless camera option, so I would recommend installing in a way that you can easily remove battery for charging. Very easy to setup

Comparing to the doorbell camera, Ring why didn’t you do the zones to select exactly what I want and not 3 predetermined zones? After some tweaking I’m getting better battery life especially with 2 batteries. Unfortunately the location gets very little sun to use the solar panel.

I really liked how easy the install and setup was for this camera. We also purchased the solar panel so we don’t have to worry about changing the battery. It works alright, sometimes have some connection problems but overall I’m satisfied.

Purchased the battery powered model about a month ago and have been pleased so far. Battery doesn't last as long as advertised unless u turn the motion sensitivity way down because the light really drains the battery. I added the solar panel which I think is the better option than purchasing the additional battery.

Bought on Black Friday sale. Installed on my outdoor shed facing the back of my house. Works great at night letting the dog out and grabbing things out of the shed late at night. Love being able to watch the camera through the app on my phone.

I have several ring products however this one has a limited range. If you’re looking for something that’s going to pick up motion more than 10-15 ft away this won’t do it. Otherwise I’m quite happy with the product. The picture is good and the light is helpful when it does come on.

im not very handy when it comes to wiring cameras so when i saw this device i had to have it. its easy to install and works great. paired with a RING subscription this gives you an idea of what goes on in your neighborhood and it notifies you of events..

Great cameras. Best for close areas like a porch or directly in front of a door. At a distance, loses some definition and the light is weak. Have this hooked up to solar panel and so far the panel has kept it charged even in short winter days.

Love our spotlight cam. We have it mounted next to the garage door, as we already have a camera at our front door. The technicians were courteous and knew exactly what to do. They helped in so many ways, I would have no known what to do.

Hi is my 1st ring purchase and I will say the Spotlight cam is a good purchase. The camera works good for day and night. The coverage area is a good distance and fairly accurate and I like the alarm it scares the S*&^ out of solicitors as the attempts have gone down more then 70 %. :). Recommended!

This camera sees everything and we have it placed on front of our house on 2nd floor location. We can see our neighbors on the left and 2 of them across the street. It is not 100% clear if I am trying to identify someone on our property but it covers a lot of area. :)

We purchased (6) 2 packs of these cameras for job site security. after charging batteries units installed easily, connected to access point without issues. we would recommend

The Ring cameras are great. I have owned the Ring system for more than two years. They are easy to install as there are no electrical wires to run. The solar panels are a must have. You do not want to have to recharge the batteries manually.
