Ring spot cameras are great the picture quality is great. Not a big issue but would have like to have the second battery pack included. Yes only one battery pack per camera and it holds 2. Very easy to install and setup with the ring app.

easy set up. just have to charge the battery a day ahead before mounting them. easy instructions. clear picture. the lights are brighter than i thought.

I’ve tried Arlo, Blink and Ring. I stuck with Blink and Ring. What I like about Ring is it always records, you can not turn off the record function for motion that it senses, it is meant to always record movement therefore it is a true security camera. You can reduce the amount of alerts you get but even if you don’t get an alert because you wanted to receive fewer for instance if it picked up cars going by and you didn’t want to get alerts for that, the nice thing is if you needed to go back and review it will be there in the cloud on the app. The light is nice and now with the new update if you turn the light on in the app you see in color instead of the black and white night vision view with most cameras. I love the wide angle view of the spotlight and floodlight cameras as you can cover an entire front or back yard and it is crystal clear.

I really love my ring camera and this battery operated one does a great job except there are a few times where I feel like it does not capture everything. Perhaps it’s just where I have it installed. May have to move it a little.

Purchase this ring for my sister and she is loving it great way to deter and have the motion in the yard.

These Ring spotlight Cameras work great to detect motion for the driveway and patio. Very clear images and sound, very responsive. Easy installation.

These cameras have come in handy more than a few times if you have any problems at your house with people coming in the yard and taking stuff and that supposed to get these problems solved

Great video...spotlight works great as a porch light/security light

Purchased for family who frequently travel. Set up was easy and they love the sense of security they have being able to monitor their home while away. The spotlight feature provides additional security.

The camera is extremely easy to install and the picture is high quality. I love that the flood lights are motion activated. One down fall to them not being hardwired is how quickly the battery dies. I am going to buy the solar panel for $50 so that I don’t hVe to keep getting up on a ladder and recharging the battery over the years. The other downfall, that I also remedied and now it’s fine, is the need for a signal to get them to work. I had to get a wifi extender ($80) to get signal outside my concrete block home to get the camera about 10 feet from the house onto the lanai roof. Use fast.com to check your signal at the location you want to put them before you install. You’ll need it to at least register 25mbps.

Works very well, easy to setup and install. I would recommend buying a second battery to swap out when the first one needs charging. Be aware that Ring charges per device for their premium service on the app.

I now own three of these. Very happy with overall product. Video very clear video, picks up movement quickly, nice human only movement option, include flood light auto on when alerted, as well as a siren if required during a bad even. Batteries charge quickly and are holding steady in our daily 20-20 temps. Initial setup was fairly straight forward. Internet signal is good. Also purchased a couple of the solar panels for the units away from the house. Waiting for the snow to clear before installing those.

Security Cameras were installed on the corner of the house facing the driveway and the second one in the back corner of the house facing the Swimming, Pool. It is now working very well without delay on my phone.

We purchased the Ring Spotlight 2 pack to replace the older Arlo system we had but weren’t pleased with. It was great to be able to buy them in a multipack! The system was fast and easy to set up on the app and they were installed in a reasonably short time. We love the feature of the light coming on when motion is detected. It picks up motion instantly and the notification is received in less than 3 seconds, a huge improvement over our experience with Arlo. There are many features to the app and you can make adjustments to most every feature of the cameras. We are definitely pleased with our purchase and plan to add more Ring products.

Simple to install and sync to the Ring Door in the app. Battery life is about 2 weeks (dual batteries). Re-charge of the battery takes a couple of hours. Batteries are easy to access and remove then re-install

So far, so good. The picture quality is great.... triggers when people come and go from my garage or rear yard. Love the way it lights up the yard at night

Extremely simple to set up...quality is outstanding. Moved houses, easy pack up and setup at new house. My battery holds charge for about 3 months...takes a few hours to charge. The cameras can hold 2 batteries... The Ring app is fantastic and includes a neighborhood forum for sharing any questionable events your camera has caught. The video recording is very good...I don’t think you can get a license plate number from 20 feet away recorded...nice quality tho. The lights may be cut on/off...very bright. Simple, quality, and affordable...$90 year for cloud recording, up to TEN units covered at that price I believe....

Great camera and light! Super easy to set up. Picture quality seems better than my doorbell. Lights are pretty bright and light up my whole driveway. Love it!

overall it does a pretty good job. I do feel more secure with them there, but there have been a few times when the camera glitched and during one of those moments someone stole a package out of my yard.
