I would never use anything else. The product is incredible. Picture quality amazing. Ting service is the best. The solar spot cam works to keep my one battery charged at 100%. I have about 8 around my house and land and they are the best. I purchased two each for my kids and their home. Easy to install. Easy to set up. Picture quality amazing. They live them too. Best out there.

I recently purchased this camera but I will be returning it shortly. Originally I intended to have this camera under my deck to watch a side door. After installing the camera, it did not capture any motion near the intended area. The camera was not recording motion, sometimes even to the point where I could walk directly in front of the camera for it to activate. I moved the camera to watch the drive port and it works fine. I also have some Ring Stickup cams and they seem to have a sharper and more vibrant image. This camera has a washed out look. Another issue I had was positioning the camera. I had it on the side of my deck looking down to the car port, but I couldn't quite angle it in the way I wanted to due to the bottom sensor being in the way. Overall, it's an ok camera but for the price I would suggest going with the stickup cam instead, which is half the price, if you don't need the spotlight. TLDR: It's an ok camera but it's a little pricey when it does not appear to offer more than the stickup cam which is half the price. If you don't need the spotlight feature, I'd recommend getting the other camera instead.

Getting these working was a snap. I did plug in the batteries and charge overnight before attempting installation. Ring seemed to think of everything so imagine my surprise when, 1. the screws for the physical installation were black (my unit is white) and 2. one screw broke off during installation using a hand-held cordless screwdriver into soft wood siding. So I had to go to the local hardware store and figure out which stainless steel silver screws would work. And then fill and paint over the holes from the previous install since my odds of getting that broken screw out were slim to none. But getting it working with my wifi was a breeze. I purchased an extra battery and the solar panel and the solar panel keeps both batteries charged on as little as an hour of sunlight a day. Motion sensor is adjustable for distance, recording is a bit behind, but good enough, and at night the light is surprisingly bright. I think the video quality could be better but I recognize people who set off the recording. Was surprised to learn I have to pay $30 per camera per year after 30 days to keep any video unless I purchase their all inclusive annual premium pkg at $100 a year. Was hoping I could simply store the video on my own network drive. If there's a way to do that, I haven't figured it out yet.

My neighborhood, unfortunately, has been victim of burglary in the past months. We decided to purchase the Ring spotlight camera for that very reason. I was nervous about installation, however, my husband installed it in less than 10 minutes. It is great during the day and night. You can set the zones of motion detection & get alerts on your phone, or in my case, on my computer at work. We use the camera in our backyard, it is weather resistant.

Good video quality and works as advertised. Easy to install. May have to buy extra batteries to extend life.

These cameras setup quickly and easily through the Ring app and can be viewed through any phone with the app. This also works with an Amazon Alexa Show. The picture they produce is clear and you can speak and listen through them also. The built in led spotlight is bright and turns off and on with motion or through the app. I use them with the Ring solar panel and the battery has kept its charge. Very happy with this purchase!

I'm so happy with my new Ring spotlight cam. It works great and the camera quality is very good. It was easy to set up and mount to the house. The battery says it last up to 6 months. Mine lasted a month and now says low battery. So, that was a little disappointing. I'll probably get a second battery to have a back up since it doesn't last as long as I'd hoped. But, overall I would buy this again and really happy with it.

Feel more safe having this great camera. Good quality, clear video

Installed this camera on our back porch to monitor the windows and patio door. Easy to install right where I wanted it for best view. Initial connection to WiFi was a bit tricky I think due to both 5G and 2.4 networks available and with the same network name. Video is crystal clear. Battery seems to be meeting advertised estimate. Nice to be able to control the siren and light from the app.

got this camera for my driveway. Very useful in watching over stuff on your property. The camera is good at catching everything that passes its zone. Also able to adjust the motion which is helpful if have it facing the street, so you can edit the zone to just capture stuff going onto your property. The setup was easy and install, whole process took just under an hour for me.

Work great and easy to use and set up and always picks everything up with great 1080p resolution.

Ring camera is a great quality item. The options are not as good or affordable

The two pack is greatly packed and ready to roll out! The setup was a breeze and hasn't let me down.
