The camera is ok, it doesn't seem to pick up everything and seems choppy at times. I'm not sure if its the camera glitching or my internet. Its something I will have to check into. I love the zoom feature and the wide radius. It works for what I bought it for. I would just recommend buying more than 1 battery.

The installation has been done in piecemeal fashion and there have been issues with most of the pieces. Too much to go into here. However, possibly the most concerning aspect of the saga is regarding my most recent interaction with a Best Buy representative. I spoke with Ronda (888-237-8289) on 12-23 in an effort to get a status of my ongoing installation process. Ronda was quite sympathetic and apologized for the lack of service and follow up. She indicated that she had escalated the issue to a store manager and assured me that I would receive a response within 2 / 10 hours. I’m still waiting. At this time I have no idea if there is any service scheduled on my behalf. I have several issues that need to be resolved and I have no idea when they will be resolved. Are you sure you want to ask my opinion of your service?

First off I didnt know I had to pay a subscription in order for it to record alerts. But is only $30 a year so no biggie. The resolution is good unless you zoom in. The zoom sucks even if it's just a little. The alerts tend to get annoying sometimes but that's just me. I dont recommend using the light though because it does drain the battery pretty fast if theres quite of bit of alerts. The one thing that irritates me the most is the app. When you get an alert and click on the notification to bring it up, it doesnt work for me. So I hurry and click on the app and it takes forever to start up. Also when clicking on live view, it takes a while to load. If someone was really in my yard, by time it loaded for me to see, they would probably already be in my house. The whole thing is just slow. It's a decent camera but it's really not worth the price. I dont know if I'd buy another one. I've seen cheaper ones work better and faster.
