Excellent product. Crisp video silolid performance. Installation is a pain. This was my second set to install after a recent move to a new house Ring customer support was excellent but honestly, better instructions should have prevented a call to customer wrote service. I bought 3. After installing and trying to activate, turn your phone off and then on, and it connected the video to the app ....and happiness prevailed! This will save you from having to call customer service and have them tell you the same thing.

Very easy to install. Great picture quality. My internet modem is rather far in my opinion, but still get great quality camera feed.

This is a very good outdoor spotlight wireless camera but needs hardwired power. Before installing a Ring system, you need to install WiFi extender(s) from your base router, so the signal can reach the device(s) without lag. Highly recommend testing your WiFi system as a first step.

I installed this to replace the small patio light I had at my back door. I love that it isn't any bigger than the fixture that was there. It gives off a lot of light and adds the protections I was looking for at our back entrance. The motion sensor is great so that it turns on anytime I walk out the door. I can adjust the brightness, and am currently using the dimmest setting which provided a ton of light. The ring app is also really good, and captures video of any motion.

Bought this in December but waited for warm weather to install. Wanted a wired cam because I didn't want to bother with batteries. Mounted under the eaves at the garage to supplement our doorbell cam. Setup was okay. Works fine. Haven't used the siren but the light comes on when it senses motion.

We mounted this facing our back door and it works flawlessly. You can set the image zones easily to avoid unnecessary activation. The image quality is great. It was helpful to set it on people only mode to avoid animals setting off the alarm.
