Only worked for about a week. Although night vision never did work. After it stopped working, deleted it and reinstalled it on the app, and then it only worked for 4 hours. Now it won't even power up even with a fully charged battery.

This product just doesn’t perform as advertised. I have adjusted this camera for two weeks and it just does not do what the ads indicate.

Hello, my equipment arrived with ALL FOUR cameras with low battery levels. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. One of the cameras does even work.

Quality of pictures and video are very bad quality and the wireless condition is very bad

The night vision doesn’t work, no recordings from 8:00pm to 7:00am ever.

I have had this not quite a year. The video quality has been pretty good and I have used the speaker on occasion. The battery does good. I think it depends on how hot or how cold it is outside and of course how often it senses motion. I bought this because I had packages stolen off of my porch a year ago. Last Saturday night it caught two people stealing my glider chair off of my front porch at 11:00 PM. I gave the video to the police and they had caught them within two days! I just purchased two more to put up at my daughters house.

While installing this camera, trying to figure out how I was going to mount it effectively and position it, I dropped it... 15 feet below onto solid concrete. I thought for sure the entire thing was a lost cause, but amazingly, everything functional with the camera still works. It's a little banged up and I had to repair the mounting bracket, but the actual camera itself is solid. To say I'm impressed with the build quality is an understatement. I wouldn't be surprised if it stood up to a bat or a crowbar. Definitely getting your money's worth in this thing. The picture quality is great as well. Sound quality is nothing to write home about, but it does the job. It has a slight delay in activating, so factor that in when you're mounting it. If you mount it so the camera has no lead time at all, then you might not capture what you were hoping for. This is a consequence of having a camera that is activated by a motion sensor, rather than some hardwired, always-on solution.

Great item!! This item was very easy to set up. Had for three years now.

Compared with the original Stickup Cam the mount is terrible. It is much harder to secure the mount to the wall and it is virtually impossible to angle it a 45 degrees without mounting it in very unconventional ways. I also had some issues with WiFi where it would pick 5 Ghz even though the signal was much weaker.

Decent camera. I would definitely suggest getting an extra battery or solar charger.

Great security system. Able to see visitors in and out of home while away. Ordered another and may order one more, it's so great!

I bought a battery model to add to my set of wired cameras. After waiting about 7 hours for the battery to fully charge, I attempted to set up the camera. However, to my frustration, while I started to receive motion alerts, there was no video to be viewed. Recordings were all black (from well-lit area) and no live feed. Reset the device several times, and worked with two different Ring help technicians to no avail. Am being advised to return the devise to BestBuy or wait 7 days for Ring to mail be a replacement. So incredibly disappointed in the product at this point.

Battery case would not latch. Back to the store to exchange. Hope this is not an indication of poor quality......
