    Idea was to use the camera in the baby's room as a monitor but the downside of course is the inability to keep the video feed up on mobile device or tablet (ring app issue) and it does not allow background sound output. Overall it is fine for an indoor camera but can not be used dual purpose for baby camera. We are already in the ring ecosystem and thought we could get dual purpose with this camera but indeed it's main purpose is security not 24/7 baby monitoring.
