Easy to install. Took less then an hour. Excellent coverage of the area .

It works as described in the specification. I would recommend it to buy the camera with RJ45 connector to use it either, with power over-ethernet cat5 cable or electric power cable (included in the package). I can't complaint anything about this nice camera.

This camera has a wide view- gives prompt alerts and records images. Works with the rest of the Ring system. Peace of mind with indoor views and it’s nice that you can use the same as the doorbell.

The camera installation is fine. The bracket holds. I have had this camera since it came out and it is still holding. I use with the POE option, I bought the PoE injector separately, and it works great. The connection is solid and fast

Ring has developed a great POE IP Cam that meets my needs for remote surveillance. The options for cloud storage and alerts are competitively priced especially if you have multiple Ring devices.

Love the ring ecosystem, this is great that it’s hardwired as the ongoing issue has always been WiFi compatibility with Ring and everyone’s WiFi equipment.

Rectory installed two (2) cameras. I have a Linksys Velop mesh network (also a Best Buy purchase two years ago) and this provides superior signal quality for the cameras. No lag in receiving alerts or stutters/skips in video recordings.

Camera works good.But app needs some updating. Too slow

very good home security camera integrated nicely with other ring and amazon devices. i only get devices that support 5 GHz which is the clean band, not interfered with by lots of other 2.4 GHz devices.

Works well for the price but it does hickup a bit.

We love the peace of mind we now have with this installed. The clarity is stellar, and we’ll be adding one more to our Ring family soon.

We have the ring doorbell and wanted to get a camera for the garage. It works great and I like how you can talk through it as well. Disappointed in Ring changes to their app, that's not so great.

Having at least 8 devices from ring, I can safely say this is a great improvement over ring stick up gen 1, only time will tell if this will have fewer problems, easy install, 1080 view, motion detect excellent

Well my neighborhood is the deadest one around or this camera is not working. The support provided by Ring is less than adequate. Their site is hard to determine where what is and I spent more than an hour on phone once I did figure out how to do this and person never answered question. I figured it out on own five minutes after hanging up. Now, can't figure out how to reach them again! Every time I start to register to pay bill it looks like camera isn't even working. It assumes every one is tech savvy. It killed cell battery twice in one day for first couple weeks. The photo leaves to be desired. I really have nothing to compare this to so my opinion may be biased???

have 2 doorbells and 1 camera. very impressed with all of them. had a blind spot around the house to be covered so i bought 1 more camera and am totally satisfied. any problems, ring had an excellent tech support
