Love this doorbell. Even better during Covid. We can answer the door while being safe and socially distant. So easy to install. Everything you need is included even the drill bit. All you need is the drill.

Fast delivery. Would recommend. Will probably buy on for my mom.

This is a great starter doorbell. There are more advanced models out there but if you're a novice or want to step into a connected home, then this is a good step. Might be a little tough to connect if you don't have a powered doorbell.

Doorbell was pretty easy to install and to use on app. Only bad thing I would say about it is that the camera quality isn’t that great especially when there is sun around. It is not that clear for some reason.

Installed very easily to existing doorbell wiring. Works great. Love having the ability to see who is at the door (we don't have a peep hole) before opening it. Also great that we receive notifications of activity at the front door, when we are not home.

Overall easy to use and install. The instructions offer QR codes that allow you to view videos versus having to sort thru sometimes useless instructions. The videos allow you to go directly to where you want to go for directions.

Overall does well but does not always capture movement at the door and at times it catches vehicles driving in the street and alarms. It could be I am not adjusting the range properly. Over all I do like the extra security it affords.

I picked one of these up and love it! It sends me alerts to my phone whenever someone comes onto my yard or rings the doorbell. This is great for when I am not home, I can keep an eye on my house and answer anyone who rings my doorbell.

We hard wired the device in and it has worked great. Good quality on the audio and video. Notifications are nice and the piece of mind is even better. Only suggestion would be a better price on a package deal. You will want more than one

This is a great basic smart doorbell. It links to your cell phone and allows you to talk with people at your door. Gives a better sense of security as most thieves seem to be avoiding homes with video doorbells.

Easy to install and easy to use. Additional mounting pieces make it easy to install in all different scenarios. The night vision isn't great, very dark and hard to see anything

This is a home security camera where u can see ur front door anytime anywhere. Clear and updates you in time if there’s anyone at ur door. You can talk back, save video and get messages all the time. Excellent home protection for my family.

This is a great outdoor camera.But I wished that the battery could last longer.

Glad I purchased Ring. I have a hearing disability and Ring makes it easier to hear and see who is at my door. Hooks up to my cell phone and alerts me to "action at my front door". It's easy to install, which is a bonus.

I like having a doorbell with a camera. I had a handy-man install it and replace my original doorbell. No problems connecting it to power or to my network. But the ring app often does not connect. My signal strength is great (the doorbell is maybe 10 feet from the router), but even then, the app can take forever to try to connect and just fails, so some people leave before I can reply. That defeats the purpose of having this device. I also don't like that they charge for storage, but I knew about that before I purchased.

This has got to be the best purchase I made recently. It does what it says. I can talk to anyone ringing my doorbell or anyone standing close to my door. The motion sensor it a bit sensitive but you can adjust its range so you do not get a lot of alerts for motion.
