This was a free item when I got floodlight, this door bell is not very responsive and I am not satisfied with it but it will have to do for now picture not that clear sound is good, I am guessing newer models are much better and improved from this one.

I love this door camera it has saved me lots of sleep.

We own a Ring and are very pleased with the product. We decided to purchase one as a gift...it was very well received. The only complaint that I have is that the small screws just spin and spin and it is very difficult to remove the Ring to charge. From what I have read this happens a lot...

I purchased this as a gift for my father. I got it hooked up with his home network and he installed it. Their entryway is fieldstone so it took him a fair amount of tweaking to get the unit to sit flat so that it could be hooked up. Connecting to the home network wasn't difficult but the distance from the wireless router does impact video quality.

Battery life is as low as a week per charge (given low temps do affect life) which is about ten percent of the advertised life per charge. Otherwise works fairly well with the occasional error message that is incredibly frustrating and usually on their server side.

The doorbell was easy to install and operate for beginners

Very pleased with performance. Easy set up. Doesn't have to be hard wired. Battery life listed as 6-12 months with regular use. Used along with wireless chime that works perfectly also. One minor issue, you cannot use the camera unless there is motion or the button is pushed. Very happy with this purchase.

Bought this as a Christmas gift and the person receiving it loves it!

While it's nice to have the ability to deter thefts of packages left on the porch, after the first month there is a fee for retaining video on the Ring cloud servers. Real time, by the time the "motion detected" alert on my phone displays the video, the person is usually gone. I still need to make further adjustments to reduce the constant "false alarms" from things like a car driving by or people walking their dogs. Even though the video features are a disappointment so far, having motion detection integrated with Alexa is nice. It was easy to set up Alexa with the Ring and Hue lights so that when someone rings the bell, the inside and porch lights turn on. When I get some time, I believe I will be able to program it so that when motion is detected, it turns the porch light on low for a short time. I would recommend the product for it's Alexa integration.

This is a really cool concept but it missed the mark. This doorbell does not attach to brick walls very well. Even when you can get it mounted, the doorbell does not securely mount onto the base. The doorbell did not always communicate to my phone when it was rang and the video didn't always load either.

Loved this before when I was using it. I had not used it for about a year. Now it will not charge. The new models have batteries that can easily be replaced. This model does not appear to have a replaceable battery.

Smart doorbell can't wait to hook up with existing doorbell.
