My only complaint is due to a glare during the day. I’m sure it’s an issue just limited to me and where mine is placed but I wish there was some way to focus on another area to reduce glare, similar to an iPhone. But it’s great at night and when there is no glare.

Mostly Useless

The video quality, I knew it was only 720p going in, but still its so pixelated. Basically useless 2. The delay, on the rare occasion someone actually pushes the button, they are gone before the video connects. 3. The battery lasts about a month, with virtually no use. 4. Unless you pay the subscription its essentially useless. Yes you can answer when someone presses the button, but as discussed above you usually only see someone walking away if at all.

It’s supposed to be motion sensor, but 5/10 times if a delivery comes by without actually ringing, a video won’t get captured.

Set up takes more like 10 minutes versus the 5 minutes stated but would be easy for just about anyone. The online aspect is nice so I can see when people pass by the house and answer my doorbell even if I'm not at home. I ended up buying a second Ring for my parents.
