love my ring

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I like the ring concept however one thing that is annoying is that by the time the app activates the person at the door has already left. it is very slow and the buffering is horrible until it gets going. I have 400 mbp internet so it is not my service. Otherwise I love the service.

There appears to be an issue with mismatching shipments where the backplate will have 3 rows of contacts while the doorbell only has 2. In my experience this is a problem if you have it attached to a real door bell chime in your house because it will make your doorbell ring nonstop.
