The camera only seems to work for about two years before it goes out and then we need to purchase another one. We think we will be getting a doorbell with our security company this time.

Have to have the sensitivity set so low so every passing car doesn't set it off that a person is walking away from my door before it starts recording. The only other option to turn the sensitivity up leaves me going through hundreds of videos with only cars passing by. My house does not set that close to the street.

If want a ring product spend money on at least the gen 2 with 1080p The video quality is terrible. It gives me a headache to look at the camera The motion sensor is horrible. Your gonna get a lot of false alarms. And so much more. Went with a eufy cam and no looking back
