Love this doorbell. I get alerts on my phone (through the app) and can respond to the person at my door without actually being home or going to the door.

The doorbell worked fine for three weeks. Then, once we had a snap of cold weather, it would no longer charge, detect motion, connect to WiFi, etc. I contacted Ring support and they said there was nothing they could do. I’ll be returning this unit to the store.

I would recommend everyone to get this. What an amazing thing. Where ever you go you have an eye behind and can check from anywhere very useful and convenient.

Love the door bell. Let’s you know when someone is close to your home. Can watch delivery driver leave package. Peace of mind to see outside your home

My overall opinion of the ring doorbell was that it’s application is easy and security picture night vision is great. I would recommend it.

This doorbell camera is great, so much better than their original battery operated doorbell camera. Longer recordings is the best feature!

The days of the horrible 8-16 camera closed circuit Tv are over. Long live Ring Doorbell! Makes life so much easier regarding home security.

Purchased the ring doorbell for my front door and I love it so much I’ll be returning to purchase another for my side door. Worth the buy!

Great device just don’t like the fact that every smart device wants some kinda fee. Yearly, monthly or initiation. Otherwise great product.

I highly recommend this rig doorbell camera, it is a perfect solution for your house protection. It worked perfect by working it and on the wireless mode too.

Works really well, should be noted it requires subscription to be able to view motion alerts, subscription is fairly reasonable price though

I like the fact that I can check before answering the door since there is a camera, also when in motion, I can see what is happening outside my sorroundings.

Good product but difficult to install. It would have been helpful to get some support from bestbuy on installation

Seems to work but doesn’t ring the inside doorbell though it is attached to the original doorbell wires.

Battery working not good I need to charge every two or three weeks

If anyone is wondering if it’s worth it or not, it is! Battery lasts forever and lets you keep and eye on things when you are away.

We have been wanting a Ring for a while now. We have not been disappointed. We did have some router issues but nothing to do with the product itself.

Only issue I have is that it is slow to respond thru the app, there's a delay in the notification to the app

Works ok, easy to install and connect. Really need a good wifi signal to ensure good performance.

Works well except there are some connectivity issues every once in a while. Guess that's what you get when you live in a concrete house.
