I like it . What I don’t like is you have to pay a yearly price to views past rings if you don’t catch them immediately.

Works well except when you try to access the camera when it hasn't been rung. It seems like it is slow to wake up.

This doorbell allows us to see the activities in front of our house and on the street. We also get to see who's at the front door

Love this product . Works great , only downfall is you have to pay a monthly monitoring fee after 30 days.

I love my ring doorbell. Alerts me when someone is near my door and i do live video and answer from anywhere. Great product.

The Ring door bell worked great, except it did not ring the door bell. Took it back and bought a Skybell. Haven't had a problem yet.

I got this on sale and I’m glad I made this purchase because it helps me see who is at my house at all hours of the day.

I like it because my son in another state can see me come and go. This means he doesn't have to call me every day to make sure I'm ok. Works great

Although it is the first generation it is still good working device except sometimes it will lag on the video

Glad I invested in this RING DOOR BELL. Plan to invest in a couple more likewise devices to place other places upon my property.

This doorbell is sitting in a drawer where it should have been from the beginning. Maybe the upgraded model works better but this one is useless as a security device. Someone could actually steal a package from me, take it home and open it before the Ring would notify me. I have watch a delivery person coming to the door and not get registered until they are driving away. Support wanted at first to blame my wifi, but I have a wifi transmitter sitting within 5 feet of the Ring. They then wanted to blame it on the angle and sold me a wedge, that didn't help and finally they stopped answering my inquiries. I replaced it with a Nest Hello and that's everything this one should be, instant notifications, face recognition, package recognition and no more false alarms.

Hard to set up but very convenient once up- an added sense of security at home

Love the Ring! I can view live, see who's peddling at my doorbell, set alerts to keep watch when I'm at work. Love this thing!

Its like christmas everyday - when i am at work i can see when the delivery person shows up with my online purchases.

We moved into a house with no hard wired doorbell. So this was our selection. The doorbell feature works well. However, the motion sensing (the security aspect of the product) leaves a lot to be desired. Large vehicles set it off all the time, even with the settings at 5ft radius. We do live on a bus route and in Denver where there is a lot of construction, so our experience may be on the severe side.
