This items works very well on my network. Haven't found many that will. I am planning on purchasing additional units.

The whole family is able to get updates from Ring even if only motion is detected. Even our teenager is willing to use it & answer it.

I like that you can talk to whoever comes to your door without being home or without having to get up from couch/bed.

Do not buy this product if you live in an area where temperatures drop bellow 40 degrees F. The battery will go dead and will not recharge even if you are hard wired. I live in NJ and I bought this unit during the summer . and I I have this issue now . I called Ring customer service and they told me that this is what will happen to all they units that use a rechargeable battery. their answer to me was you just have to wait until the temperatures raise. I think is a miss advertisement of Ring . if this is the case they should list in big bold letter saying not suitable for temperatures bellow 4o degrees F.

It’s getting the job done! I’m able to see who’s at my door and answer the doorbell from anywhere.

Having it gives me just a little more peace of mind. Already had one person get scared off and leave because of seeing it.

We had to convert our security system from the recently shut down Lowe's IRIS. These doorbells are a great enhancement.

Love it however the mounting screws are very cheap and one you screw them in you can't get them out to change the battery's
