Today someone came to my door and it never recorded them or showed they were present. I sent the one back to Amazon because I mistakenly purchased the nickel vomited one for the same price and was unable to do the exchange. The one from Amazon said 3rd generation and the one from Best Buy isn’t lusting it as that do I’m guessing the one I purchased from Best Buy is a much older one based upon the poor video quality.

When I push the doorbell the sound would be immediate but there was a delay in getting the alert on my phone. I was in the same room. Product is hit or miss, for $200 I decided to opt out

The only downside is that it is delayed, or at times doesn’t show any notifications. It was very good at first than little by little it’s been getting worse.. and get nothing at all. Other than that it’s good to get into live mode to see what’s going on.
