This door bell has been great for the family. Easy to install. the directions were clear and easy to follow. Learning how to use the doorbell was also easy to follow. We like to travel, so having this doorbell gives us peace of mine when we are away from home.

The install was pretty easy and it's easy to remove when you have to charge it the video is nice quality and you can talk to anyone that comes in contact with the ring doorbell even if they don't press the button if you have motion turned on and best thing is you don't have to be at home

The ring was extremely easy to set up and now I have a view of anyone that comes up to my front door. Instead of answering the door I respond to them through the ring and telemarketers always walk away. I am planning on adding more cameras around the house

Easy installation, recommend hardwiring to not worry about periodically having to remove from base to charge internal battery. Not really difficult to do and well worth it. Clear live video and recordings in cloud accessed instantaneously. Quality product and would definitely recommend it.

Having a great video doorbell is so worth it. This is a good one, but not perfect. I chose this one for a couple reasons. The primary one being that this product can run off of built-in rechargeable batteries. I had to mount this in a place where there was no existing wiring and I was unable to put any wiring in. I paired this with their chime, works great. Unlike the Pro version that is out now, this tops out at 720p instead of 1080p. Also, you can only view what is happening if motion or a ring is detected. You can't trigger a live view any time you want. That's the biggest drawback I could find. I love the battery option and the life is great. I usually charge it once a month, but it is above 40% still when I get to it. If you don't have doorbell wiring and you don't care about being able to view remotely any time you want, it's a winner. Otherwise, get the Pro for a bit more.

We get a regular stream of solicitors coming to the front door. This is a great way to monitor who's there safely and without disruption to whatever we're doing. Video quality is good. Only slight downside is that it's a little wider than we would like.

Had some hesitation before purchasing because I live in a condo. No problems! Easiest installation ever! Worked right away once I got on wifi. I can adjust the movement sensor so the movement of people down the hall didn't interfere. Beautiful sound, great picture and great look. Love it!

I am deaf that can’t hear ring bell but it easier to see camera notice in recorded each time.
